Your Appointment

You will arrive at the agreed location and proceed to the designated weighing area as directed by your technician. 

Following a brief introduction and overview of the process, you will be asked to drive your vehicle and/or trailer on and off our specialised weighing pads as required. 

If a trailer or caravan is being weighed, you will be required to unhitch and re-hitch during the appointment to allow for accurate measurements. 

 Once all weighing is complete, your technician will clearly explain the results and provide you with a comprehensive weighing report for your records. 

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email requesting additional vehicle and/or trailer details. Please complete this information as accurately as possible to ensure a smooth and efficient appointment.
For the most accurate results, we recommend arriving packed as if you were about to depart on a trip — a “worst-case” travelling scenario.
This includes full water tanks, full gas bottles, full fuel tanks and jerry cans, loaded fridges, packed clothing and equipment, and all regular passengers on board.
Preparing your vehicle and trailer in this way ensures the weights recorded accurately reflect real-world travelling conditions.
